- Back Lawn- This open flat area has permanent overhead string lights and is the site of most receptions. It will accommodate a 40’x40’ tent when necessary. A small incline on the back creates a natural stage that can be used for a head table, children’s area, or lounge seating.
- Pavilion- The pavilion has a concrete floor and a roof with ceiling fans. Possible uses include music and dancing (no dance floor necessary), buffet, bar, lounge seating, or head table.
- Back Porch- The back porch is covered and has ceiling fans. It can be used for a buffet, bistro tables, or lounge seating.
- Side Patio- This paved area is popular for cocktail hours, photo booths, lounge areas, and gift tables. It could also be used for a small ceremony.
- Catering Area- A white 20’x10’ tent serves as a staging area for caterers and wedding planners.
- Front Porch- Some couples who have their ceremony on the front lawn choose to stand on the porch with their officiate, with their attendants standing down the steps.
- Front Lawn- There are at least four different possible ceremony configurations on the front lawn. It has several mature trees and can accommodate up to 250 guests. It can also accommodate a 40’x70’ tent for a large reception.
- Bride’s Quarters- The bride and her bridesmaids use this room to dress, touch up makeup, and socialize before the ceremony.
- Barn Lower Level- The open galley is sometimes used for a cocktail hour for small weddings. A barn stall serves as a Groom’s quarters.
- Barn Loft- The barn loft features permanent overhead string lights and is a dramatic, rustic space. It is ideal for a band and dancing for up to 175 people (no dance floor required), a cocktail hour, or a ceremony for up to130 guests. It can seat 75 people for a dinner.
- Restrooms/ Catering Kitchen- Both the men’s and women’s restrooms contain two stalls. A golf cart shuttle to and from restrooms and parking runs throughout the night.
