What’s Included:
- Exclusive use of the property until 10:00 PM on the day of your event
- Parking for up to 125 vehicles
- Uniformed licensed parking attendants
- A golf cart shuttle to and from parking and restrooms
- A one hour ceremony rehearsal prior to your wedding day
- One hour of use of the property for engagement or bridal portraits
- Overhead string lights in the barn loft and on the back lawn

All persons renting the venue only MUST employ an approved professional insured wedding planner at their own expense.
